WATCH: Queens of the Stone Age 'The Vampyre of Time and Memory'

WATCH the teaser trailer for Californian desert rockers Queens of the Stone Age's forthcoming video 'The Vampyre of Time and Memory'. Enlisting the directorial talents of Kii Arens and Jason Trucco, the band have created an 'interactive' video that will be unveiled to fans on October 30th.

Made in conjunction with The Creators Project, the minute long trailer features frontman Josh Homme surrounded by a questionable amount of taxidermy. The musician also holds a cane and turns to stare piercingly into the camera - what's not love?

It was recently announced that Queens of the Stone Age will embark on a co-headline tour of Australia in 2014 with Nine Inch Nails. The headliners for each night of the tour will be decided by a coin toss to keep it equal.

An announcement on Nine Inch Nails' Tumblr page read: "The first headline band on stage will be decided each night by the toss of a coin. The eight date run is set to begin at the Sydney Entertainment Centre on 6 March, 2014 and continue on visiting Newcastle, Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne, Brisbane, Auckland and Christchurch."

WATCH: Arctic Monkeys 'One For The Road'

WATCH the newly-released video for Sheffield four-piece Arctic Monkeys' latest single 'One For The Road'. Filmed in West Illinois, the video sees guitarist Jamie Cook take to a tractor in full-on farmer chic mode. If you're more of a Jamie girl the nonsensical visuals will go down a treat, but the rest of us will be left wondering why there are tractors involved; even Alex Turner looks confused.

Arctic Monkeys are currently touring across the UK and are set to play:

Earls Court, London (25/26 Oct)
Echo Arena, Liverpool (28 Oct)
Motorpoint Arena, Cardiff (29 Oct)
LG Arena, Birmingham (31 Oct)
Hydro, Glasgow (01 Nov)
Motorpoint Arena, Sheffield (02 Nov)

WATCH: Temples 'Keep In The Dark'

Bearing the influence of their glam goth rock fantasies, Kettering's neo-psych rock four-piece Temples are back with the brilliant video for their forthcoming single Keep In The Dark. It's a track that feels infinitely superior to previous material and has an authentic taste that is hard to come by.

Make sure you give this new offering a spin; it's a swerving delight that kickstarts with a steady beat in the style of Kasabian's Fire. Indebted to the use of retro equipment, the tune feels raw and more tangible than the majority of the charts. Get this in your life; you won't regret a thing.

Keep In The Dark is released through Heavenly Records on October 7th.
