Heads Up! Warpaint to play Brighton Dome

After the release of their hugely successful third studio album, 'Heads Up', Warpaint will return to Brighton Dome for a show on 29th March.

The Californian four-piece's tour coincides with the release and will feature an array of new material.

Several tracks from the new record take their influences from the likes of Dr Dre and David Bowie.

Speaking to NME, vocalist Emily Kokal said: "David Bowie had died the day before, and we went into and listened to Bowie and built our studio out of our practice space.

"We took our practice space and started making it something to record in. It was a great way to enter the studio because it was such a celebration of somebody who was so prolific and such an ever-changing artist."

The female foursome concluded their last UK tour at Camden Roundhouse in London on October 27th.

They will return in early 2017 for a string of dates throughout the UK and Ireland.

The band will also play a series of shows in mainland Europe prior to the UK dates. Here's the full itinerary
