Dream Estate drop infectious debut single 'Half The World Away'

Leeds outfit Dream Estate's infectious debut release 'Half The World Away' falls somewhere in between The 1975 and Fickle Friends and proves the 80s pop resurgence is still very much alive.

The sub-four minute number combines fizzing synths with dreamy riffs that will undoubtedly set many hearts a flutter.

Taking inspiration from the likes of Aurora and Bon Iver, 'Half The World Away' is a soaring ode to young love thwarted by long distance dilemmas.

This initial offering is a taste of what to expect from future material and whilst Dream Estate don't offer something radically different, their debut is brimming with effortless pop charm and shimmering vibes.
