Lovebox 2017 - 5 Ones To Watch

Lovebox Festival recently announced a dazzling line-up and we've picked our 5 ones to watch this summer when the event returns to London's Victoria Park from 14-15th July.

The massive line-up boasts headliners, such as Frank Ocean and Chase & Status and is likely to retain its unofficial title of "London's coolest festival", especially when you see the other performers they've scored.

Without further ado, here's a sample of the Lovebox 2017 acts that are quite frankly unmissable.

The xx are everywhere at the moment and whether you've been fortunate enough to catch the trio on tour, you should definitely add the band's musical maestro, Jamie xx, to your Lovebox schedule.

His 2015 solo album 'In Colour' was an instant hit and his slot supporting Florence + The Machine at last summer's BST Hyde Park Festival was just as vibrant.

Beyonce's badass and beautiful lil' sis deserves as much credit as her sibling and this year's edition of Lovebox will give her the chance to shine.

Expect an airing of tracks from last year's acclaimed 'A Seat at the Table' album after they went down a treat in Washington D.C. recently.

He's just dropped his debut album 'Human' and all eyes are on the artist (real name - Rory Everyman).

Ignore the hype and listen to every note he sings; his unique twist on soul and funk are going to take him far.

Hailing from Essex, the singer once performed in the West End musical, Les Miserables. She's now traded in the theatre for the charts and is drip-feeding fans plenty of catchy pop hits.

You may have heard her making an appearance with Magnetic Man, Gorgon City or Clean Bandit before, but now she's more than ready to make her mark at Lovebox.

Get ready for a heady dose of honest rap blended with a sweet soul and R&B spirit when Ray BLK descends upon this year's festival.

The South London native is a boundary-shoving genius who is on a swift rise and has previously said: "I feel proud when my music connects with people." It won't be long before she's making connections on a bigger scale.
